For over 10 years, I’ve been growing a variety of peppers and experimenting with hot sauces that my family and friends love. My passion for creating these sauces began with the quest to find the perfect pairing for my favorite dishes. I started by handpicking fresh, homegrown peppers and blending them with just the right balance of bases and acids. My goal was to achieve a full-bodied, flavorful experience that adds heat without overpowering the food. I enjoy spice, but flavor is key, and that balance is what has brought me to this point.
